ORDERS ARE SHIPPIED WITHIN 2 BUISNESS DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS RECIEVED. WE SHIP UPS GROUND OR USPS TO THE CONTINENTAL US ONLY

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If you wish to return an item you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. All items returned in unused original condition with tags attached or in original packaging will be issued a store credit or exchange Only. We will not accept damaged or dirty items. This includes items that smell like cigarette smoke!

We do not, for any reason, accept returns on treats, toys, dishes, pet carriers, strollers, or beds- due to sanitary reasons.

Clothes and collars/leashes must be in new condition for exchange or in-store credit only.

Note: Please read directions for toys, use appropriately. No toy is indestructible.

If you are dissatisfied with a guaranteed product, you must contact the company that made it... not us. If you need help contacting a company we will be more than glad to help.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on any seasonal/holiday items, clearance items, personalized items, or special orders.

If you wish to cancel all or part of an order it must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. All cancellations will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. After 24 hours we will only be able to issue a store credit or exchange.

If you wish to return an item that you ordered through our website you must first contact us at AUTUMGLOPETBOUTIQUE.COM. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. Please tell us whether you would like to return the items for a store credit or exchange the item. You will then be emailed a return authorization code that must be included with the item you return. Any items received without this code will not receive a credit. Please note that we will not credit any shipping charges and any items returned are sent at your expense.
