We strive to provide your pet with exceptional personal service, care, safety, and the finest styles in the most comfortable environment possible. Our spa welcomes all breeds of cats and dogs up to 100 pounds.
All of our products are individually chosen to improve coat, skin and well being. The spa session starts with a warm massage in the tub which releases any tension and puts the pet into a state of relaxation. Every pet is hand blow dried and never put into a heated drying cage. We try to keep the environment quiet and stress free by scheduling appointments an hour to two hours apart. This allows us to have more one-on-one time with your loved one.
To ensure that your pet has the best possible experience while at our spa please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities or preexisting medical conditions. To ensure that you stay happy be sure to speak up about any past grooming experiences you were unsatisfied with.
To schedule a grooming appointment stop in or call us at 262.618.4692. We recommend to call about a week prior to the date you would like to get your pet in. Be sure to call 2-3 weeks prior if you would like to get in around the holidays.
